Do you mean the 2nd Council of Nicea? The one that dealt with icons? I believe that that language spoken at that council was Greek but I am sure there is a translation of the accepted canons into Latin. I am not sure if you can find the original texts but you can certainly find out what was approved at the council.
 
Yes … I know that orinally was wroten in greek, but I have informations that have copies in latin…

But, if you have information where I can found in original greek, please give this information cause is important too.

Check the Greek edition of Orthodox Canon Law, called the PEDALION (which means Rudder).
