here on amazon:

You have to scroll down to find the 30th edition.

–about $9.00 new and used or $10.00 from Catholic News Publishing Co.I find it easiest to order from amazon, and prefer 2nd hand, if available.

This guide is the most complete yearly listing of institutes, secular institutes, volunteers, etc. and their members. The Institute for Religious Life (religiouslife.com)includes habited groups of men and women and something about way of life and numbers, but is not as complete. I don’t know of any other sources, outside of the institutes themselves, but would be happy to hear about them if anyone else does know. The directories and encyclopedias don’t appear to be updated yearly/,or don’t contain information about individual institutes.

The Catholic News Publishing Co. accepts ads to decrease the costs of publishing as this guide is widely distributed for free. I think that 9-10 dollars is a very reasonable charge for it.

…and the 30th ed. HAS been out for almost a year!!

The 31st edition is due to be published next month!

$10.00 flat fee from Catholic News Publishing, contact details on website

www.religiousministries.com

I’ll have to order the 31st ed, with the 30 ed in the mail! Oh, well…

This Guide appears to be the most reliable yearly update and guide to all men’s and women’s orders and other types of intentional communities and ministry.

Thanks for calling this to our attention. I had seen it previously but had forgotten about it.
They really do a good job w/their website too. It gets better every year!
