4 Year Old Having Major Surgery

My friend’s daughter, Lucy, is having a major surgery today to repair a serious congenital birth defect. She is in surgery right now, and will be finished around 3 p.m. EST. Please say prayers for Lucy’s health, the surgeons, her parents and family.

Lord,
Please give Lucy the strength to make it through her operation and recover. Guide her surgeons and doctors as they operate on her. Please also grant her family and loved ones peace and comfort during the recovery. We ask this through our Blessed Mother Mary’s intercession.

Dearest Jesus be with this little child Lucy as she endures surgery to repair her serious congenital birth defect. Please guide the surgeons, and give comfort and grace to her parents and family.

Please give Lucy a safe recovery and a healthy life, lived in Your love and truth.

Console this child’s family, Lord God, who experiences so much anxiety at the possibility of something seriously wrong with the health of such a young life. Through Jesus Christ, Our Lord, I pray.
