Who’s preparing for a campaign this Lent?
We’re stepping up from previously merely holding Prayer and Fasting in churches and homes through-out the region, to actually taking it all the way to the sidewalk at the local abortion center. It was such a blessing to hear the stories of babies saved through-out the country during the Fall Campaign. We’re really looking forward to participating in Vigil through-out Lent.
For anyone interested in holding a campaign, if you’ve missed the registration for this time around, you can begin to lay the ground-work for a Fall 2008 campaign by getting churches in your area to Pray to End Abortion during Lent. Do what you can to begin putting together contact lists of local pro-life supporters and perhaps hold a Sidewalk Counselors Workshop to get people trained in peaceful, prayerful vigil and assistance for those who are contemplating an abortion.
