40 days for life

How is the 40 days for life campaign doing in your area?

I don’t think its going very well in my area. A couple of years ago, there was an effort to have around-the-clock-coverage at the abortion clinic.

Then the coverage was scaled back to 8am-10pm with area Churches each taking a particular day.

This lent, we dropped that idea to have folks fill gaps and schedule at their own convenience. And it seems pretty sparse.

I feel discouraged.

I didn’t know about this until this year. There were only a few spots online that looked like they were filled.

When I went to pray one morning though I thought I was the only one but 2 more people stopped by.

I guess we should try to be hopeful and spread the message. I’ll pray for the success of 40 days for life in your area.
