Our church has showed it.

A film that is difficult to watch? Maybe.

But not to apologize for.

In response, Malloy said the school “[does not have any official position on abortion] despite the fact that it claims to be a Catholic institution.
I suspect that they meant catholic not Catholic. Clearly if you are a Catholic school then you would absolutely have an official position on abortion.

Whatever anyone does, shows, forbids, doesn’t show, etc, at any university, some group of profs are going to find some reason to complain about it. It’s what they do.

If I was in charge of the school, I’d just fire them all. They clearly stand in direct and public opposition to church teaching. Then again, the school doesn’t seem to be too concerned about being Catholic. Just likes the sophisticated ring the name conjures.
