On what basis do you make this connection? The numbers are given by three greek letters which correspond to the values 600:60:6
**600:60:6 **correspond to the sixth sephirah ****which is beauty.
A little bit of reading of Kabbaistic works. The entire western tradition is founded in the metaphysics of Kabbalah. Christians Muslims and Jews all draw from the wisdom of Kabbalah. On what basis do you make this connection?
I don’t believe that you know what woes are…The “Three Woes” were Muhammad, the Báb (1819-1850) and Bahá’u’lláh (1817-1892).
Your interpetation of the Bible is about as valid as a Muslim’s - which is to say, bogus. You don’t believe Jesus is God and the Lord Jesus Christ is the center of the Bible. So I can’t trust your interpretation. Besides, the Catholics get it right. This explanation of the meaning of “666” is not made up by me; it is authoritative and is based on the interpretations of Revelation by the Central Figures of the Bahá’í Revelation.
The “Three Woes” were Muhammad, the Báb (1819-1850) and Bahá’u’lláh (1817-1892).
The “Two Witnesses” of Rev. chap. 12 are Muhammad and 'Alí, who “stand up again” in the Persons of the Báb and His chief follower Quddus.
The “Woman and the Dragon” illustrates the feud beween the Hashemites and the Ummayads. Like Hagar, the progenitress of Muhammad, the Law of God went “into the wilderness” --that is the Center was moved from Jerusalem to Mecca. Abu Sufyan hated Islam and only became a believer when it was evident the cause of Muhammad would predominiate. His descendents sought to kill the descendents of Muhammad, as Herod sought to kill the children at the time of Infant Jesus.
The Umayyads had no interest in compassion generally, but exulted in cruel subjugation. This is the Beast that “came out of the pit” and took over the outward authority of the Cause of God, which was represented already at that time by Islámists, not muslims. The center of power was moved north to Damascus; and it was even attempted to re-locate the Ka’aba there, the Abrahamic Shrine designated by Muhammad as the Point of Adoration!
‘Alí ibn Abú Talib was married to Muhammad’s daughter Fatima, and was the father of Hasan and Husayn, and the line of Imams, those “12 Princes” promised to Abraham, through Ishmael.
In 638, Jerusalem was turned over to Caliph Umar by Patriarch Sophronius. Unfortunately, the third Caliph Uthman (pronounced Osman), had promoted the Umayyad Yazíd to administer Syria; and his brother Mu‘awiya succeeded him. Mu’awiya ordered ‘Alí, the fourth Caliph, attacked in Kufa (Najaf), Iraq, 27 January, 661, and he died two days later. ‘Alí, the first believer, the cousin and son-in-law of the Prophet, designated by Him orally as the Successor. ‘Alí was the first spiritual Imam, the first Muslim scribe and teacher of calligraphy.
By 666, Umayyad power was firmly established in Damascus. Mu’awiya dismissed the claims of Hasan ibn ‘Alí, and it is said he was poisoned by his wife, at Mu’awiya’s urging, in 669. This the “number of a man” a calendar year, but all works to the contrast of the Cause of God in the world, which cannot be defeated.
The mark of the beast is nothing new, it has always been among us and is received by those who reject Christ. John tells us in his 1st epistle, “and every spirit which does not confess Jesus is not of God. This is the spirit of antichrist, of which you heard that it was coming, and now it is in the world already (1John 3:4).” But when the Antichrist does come in the flesh, he will make it to where Christians will not be able to buy or sell unless they confess that Jesus is not of God. The mark is not a literal mark that is on the hand or forehead, for the mark on the forehead means confession of faith, and the hand means the work of their hands.
This mark of the beast, 666, could be reckoned according to the Greek language since John wrote it in Greek. There are numerous ways to reckon it in Greek or other languages for that matter, such as Hebrew and Latin.
Here are a few
In Greek: Teitan, which τ three hundred, ε five, ι ten, τ three hundred, α one, ν fifty,— which taken together become six hundred and sixty-six.
In Latin: DICLUX, which letters are reckoned in this manner: since D figures five hundred, I one, C a hundred, L fifty, V five, X ten,— which by the reckoning up of the letters makes similarly six hundred and sixty-six.
In Hebrew: Nero Caesar" (or “Caesar Nero”) was NRWN QSR.
Kabbalah is the only western exposition of metaphysics available. If you need a metaphysical model of scripture, Kabbalah is all that there is. Most of catholic teaching ignores metaphysics. No one has said that it is the basis of what catholics teach. Many note that the Greek literally says 666 is a “human number” or “number of humanity” not a “number of a man” ie (a male). The Greek is more ambiguous than what our translations suggest.
Though I have read parallel between Kabalah and the book of Revelation I don’t see much that is convincing to show that Beauty is the 666.
Some thought 666 was 616 and there was a Governor of ruler given by the Romans to Israel where, he turned the Temple into a pagan temple and had a statue of himself put in it
What in the Kabbalah points specifically to the number 666? Are you saying that the Beauty sephirah is assigned the 3 numbers, 6, 60, and 600 in the Kabbalah? If so, this is extremely interesting.A little bit of reading of Kabbaistic works. The entire western tradition is founded in the metaphysics of Kabbalah. It is the thirty-sixth triangular number, and 36 is the value of the name Eli.What in the Kabbalah points specifically to the number 666? Are you saying that the Beauty sephirah is assigned the 3 numbers, 6, 60, and 600 in the Kabbalah? If so, this is extremely interesting.
If you are simply asking where is it mentioned in the Bible, it is mentioned in Revelation 13:18, as a calculated number that stands for the name of a beast, a certain man, usually identified as the Antichrist, a false prophet who will perform supernatural signs (through the power of Satan) and lead the inhabitants of the earth astray into idolatry and intensely persecute Christians for a short time before Jesus Christ returns in glory and defeats him. What is the meaning of numbers 666 in the Bible?
It is the thirty-sixth triangular number, and 36 is the value of the name Eli.
It is said that the Torah has 70 facets. If a gem has 70 triangular facets, then the triangles join at 37 points, and pairs of those points establish 666 lines.
There are 36 decans in the year of the zodiac, each person is born during one of the decans. So in terms of parents there are exactly 666 possible pairs of decans in which ones parents could be born.

Remember, it is not my interpretation, but I accepted it. Maybe you don’t knowI don’t believe that you know what woes are…
I would like to suggest, with all good-will and prayerful intent, that your take is the one absolutely in error. Long centuries of tradition are no guarantee to correct thinking. That the Pope opposed Muhammad from the beginning was a sorry sign for the health of Europe, and still for the world. A Pope called up the Crusades, which was anathema to Lord Jesus, whom we do believe in, and are certain He is the Center and Author of the authors of the Bible, despite your spite. In this war of spiritual truth, all the Catholics who have denounced Prophet Muhammad and ignored His Highness the Báb and disobeyed the Everlasting Father Bahá’u’lláh, will find, in this world or the next, they are denounced, ignored and punished. Even St. Peter denied the Lord three times, but he repented, to the extent that he sacrificed himself. This is what will be required of the entire church, to give itself up and seek perpetual existence elsewhere, because it won’t be granted for this world.Your interpetation of the Bible is about as valid as a Muslim’s - which is to say, bogus.
