7 books of the Bible?

(Other than at the local Catholic book store, every Catholic study Bible I’ve seen at local bookstores has omitted both the deuterocanonical books, and the Old Testament.)

Is very rare, very rare.
All the single volume catholic Bibles in Spanish have seen had them.
All the multiple volume catholic Bibles is Spanish (Schönckel, Navarra) have them. In the OT volumes.
I guess that is the same in English, otherwise they will never get the Nihil Obstat.
Maybe you have seen only the NT volumes in a multiple volume study Bible.

Somehow, I doubt that those would be targeted for Catholic youths age 12 -15 — which is the most common one I’ve seen.

One of the points made by Anglican Apologetics, is that the Council of Trent accidentally omitted 1 Esdras, 2 Esdras and PrMan.

Just an aside, Jonathon: Are you using the Quote button when you create a quote from someone’s post? Five out of six of your posts in this thread contain a quote that is missing the little arrow button seen above, which allows easy reference back to the quoted post. When this button is missing, it makes finding the original quoted post—in order to review context, etc.—very tedious.

Well, something is screwy somewhere. On my screen, every quote in this thread that begins “Originally Posted by username” shows the little return-to-original-post arrow icon except yours! Your post #31 is the exception. It shows properly.
