It varies widely by who is doing the retreat, where, and for whom.

For example, my last 5 day retreat:
Mon: pack inspection 7 am. Mass 10am. Bus to foot of trail 11am; stop for lunch at 12am en route. Hike to 5pm, set up camp. dinner about 6. Evening prayers about 9pm.
tue-thur: wake about 7. Breakfast about 7:30. Hike to 10am; mass around 11; lunch follows. Hike to about 5; set up camp, dinner about 7; evening prayer about 9.
Fri: mass at 7:30; breakfast about 8. Hike to end of trail starting about 9. 12:30, load bus. 1:30, eat lunch en route back to town.

The padre, the sister, and the deacon said matins and vespers; rest of us didn’t, tho’ morning and evening prayers of a less formal nature were done, as was blessing the food every meal.

If your retreat isn’t also a 42 mile hike, it will be VERY different. (If you do get the chance to do a hiking retreat, I do recommend it. Something powerful about mass followed by lots of walking.)

The one before that was more like a week of insturction, and was no hike…:
7 am wakeup
7:45 morning prayer
8 breakfast
9 first class
11:30 mid-day prayer
12 lunch
1:30 second class
3 break
3:30 3rd class
5 mass
6 dinner.
7 free time
9 evening prayer, lights out.

The last 7 day retreat I was on we met with the retreat house director and met all the others who were on the retreat. Then we were given our assigned director, and then we were told that we would be silent from that moment on, only talking when we meet our director every moring for 40 minutes. The rest of each day would be spent in prayer, reading, and doing whatever else we wanted. Mass was each day and there was an opportunity for confession. The last day we gathered to wrap up and say goodbye to all those people we didn’t talk to all week.
