I cor 15:50-55 says that the resurrected body is “immortal” and “incorruptible”, eternal punishment is forever because like the burning bush of Exodus 3, the body is not consumed or destroyed.

Hmm… I’ve never considered the burning bush example when touching upon the possibility of material flesh eternally burning, without being consumed by flame.

That’s what the Jewish Manorra (sic?) symbolizes - the burning bush. Which brings the Jewish Festival,( in which the Jews celebrate the Lamp that symbolized the presence in the temple that burned for a week without replenishing it’s oil), into a new light - pardon the pun.

I dislike using the burning bush imagery in this way because the burning bush represented the presence of God through the angel.

Would you agree?
