Is there anyplace – online, or a book to be bought – that I can find a collection of all the texts Catholics use for baptism, funerals, marriages, last rites, etc.?

I’m just really curious what is said at a bishop’s ordination, or when someone wants to confess his sins on his deathbed.

hmm, well, the last one is in the book, pastoral care of the sick. and the other is in the Rites book II, I think.
