From the article it appears that Roman Catholic hospitals require their workers to do things condemned by the Catholic Church? Does that then mean that contraception is fairly common today among Catholics and it should not be opposed by those working at Catholic hospitals ?

Catholc hospitals ought to follow Catholic moral standards. It seems that the hospital is using the excuse that it doesn’t interfere in the Dr./patient relationship.
