A central location for speakers and events schedules?

Just wondering if anyone out there knows a particular website, or two, so that I may keep track of catholic events, talks, etc that are happening in the Santa Clara County, California or at least in California itself.

I know that I can look it up in my church bulletin…but sometimes I want more… Say for example if S. Hahn decided to give a talk here or P. Kreeft.

So, can anyone provide a site?

California Catholic Daily has an events calendar, but its actually a list and is a little unwieldy since it is for the entire state. And getting an event listed requires someone submitting the information to the site.

Unfortunately the events calendar for the Diocese of San Jose is oriented toward diocesan level institutional type activities.

I wonder if there isn’t a need for a diocese-wide web listing of events for laypeople?
