A commentary on the music in the 2002 Missale Romanum?

Hello, I am interested in a commentary on the music in the current edition of the Missale Romanum*. Such as who composed the chants for the Eucharistic Prayers and Pater Noster, and what exactly their stylistic origin is.

*I use the Latin term rather than the English because I’m not at the moment interested in the music of the English translation.
