I thought he changed all that. I have a picture of him as pope sitting in a chair in the Vatican with a cat asleep in his lap. Speaking of the famous stray cats of Rome: I remember reading one time that when the Holy Father was still Cardinal Ratzinger, the neighborhood cats would follow him to the door of the apartment house where he lived near the Vatican, and the security guards had to shoo the little beasties away!I thought he changed all that.
