A dream.....

I have seen a dream in which Jesus was giving me his picture.I don’t remember much of it,but I have been in a very bad state for the past 7 months,I have been praying too…
What does the dream mean?
 
It could mean anything.

Have you been considering becoming a Christian?

If so then two things are possible: 1. It was just your brain filtering and cataloging things (which, as I’ve read, is the common thought on dreams).
  1. Jesus is calling you to Christianity.
Of course, much more than just those two things are possible, but those are what popped into my head.

Another way to find the meaning is to think about it as it relates to your own life. Think of it as a puzzle. Start by asking yourself how the dream made you feel.
 
I believe in Jesus and I have faith in him…does not that make me a Christian already?
I have been praying for a specific cause,but till now nothing has happened,so I don’t know,I am still confused and sad…

it would depend what you mean by believing in Him. That He is Lord and Savior, then you would be Christian. Catholic is another matter.

Keep praying. sometimes we get, sometimes not. if we always got,we’d be God, right?

My bad, I was going off of your profile (says you’re Hindu).
 
Well, do you see the picture of him in your dream? What kind of picture is it? Believing that Jesus existed does not necessarily make you a Christian. Many people believe there was a Jesus and even many spiritual powers believe he is there in that aspect. What will define if you are a Christian is if you believe him to be God, the one and only true God. I would begin to pray about it. I’d also look into the ‘divine mercy chaplet’ and consider praying that.

You only give pictures of yourself to your very close family and friends.
