Hi, so, it’s around 3:41 AM in the morning here, and I’ve been reading an article and I’d like some (name removed by moderator)ut about it. I am Catholic, and I find it very interesting. Please do not comment until you have read it, in entirety, so you can make an informed decision about it. I’d just like your opinions. Please don’t openly reject this based upon the links, and please read all of it. I’m very curious about this and would like to have a discussion about these particular articles.

Now, I do not believe, at this point, that Astrology can predict the future. I am becoming more inclined to believe, however, that general personality traits, not from crackpot people but from more serious astrologers, such as Ms. Celevine, , as I have found some incredibly shocking similarities between that and my own personal sign, which happens to be Pisces. I view this personality insight as a tool to help better myself as a Catholic, and as a person, although I’m a bit dodgy at this point as to whether it is a sin to have these insights. I think many of them(from more “legitimate”, so to speak, people) are very accurate upon meditation about it, and I can honestly state that it has indeed helped me in realizing what will be challenges for me in life.

However, I’m asking if it is an actual sin, in THIS regard, that looking for personality traits to help better oneself and to gain an better understanding of one’s basic nature in that I may better carry out God’s work? I’m not a fool. Some things are off. I realize that. I also realize that astrology is very borderline, however, I do think that it can be used, via what I have (attempted) to explain above, to help one become, well, a better person in general. It certainly has, at least a little, assisted me in becoming a better person.
