I have admired the glossa ordinaria for some time now, and I have done some studying on it. I love the way it is designed, putting the Scripture in the middle of the page and then surrounding it with patristic commentary. I am now working on creating a gloss on the short book of Philemon. I am trying to make it just like the glossa ordinaria. You will notice that the glossa ordinaria puts what is called an “interlinear gloss” above the words of Scripture that also give short insights, I have done the same thing, and I am using comments from Erasmus from his paraphrase for the interlinear gloss. The glossa ordinaria uses the complete commetary of Nicholas of Lyra at the bottom of the page, I am using the complete commentary of St. Thomas Aquinas instead. I am them providing glosses from the Fathers of the Church around the Scripture. Here is the link to what I am working on catenas.wetpaint.com/page/Philemon+Gloss
