I was just wondering, would the church marry two people that neither of them have ever been married and the catholic man has no kids and the woman had a couple of kids but she had undergone tubal ligation?

While a prior Christian marriage might be problematic, I don’t know why infertility would, assuming the other spouse is aware.

Regina, This statement is out of left field. It is neither the question asked, nor accurate regarding non-Catholic children from a previous relationship. The Church does not compel someone marrying a Catholic to raise their previous children as Catholics.
