When I asked a priest about it, the first thing he asked was my age. When I told him he said that’s to be expected. Your hormones just go crazy at that age regardless of intention.

I was calling the OP bud by the way.

Oh I’m not the OP. I suggested some things to help.

Also avoid red meat. And exercise. That burns off testosterone.
