The site you recommend is a very deceptive one; it’s just a re-hash of typical New Age beliefs and thus has nothing to offer a Catholic Christian - or any other Christian who holds to an orthodox understanding of God.

Hi, thanks. I know what you mean about reading about near death experiences. Read them evokes powerful empathetic visions. The same kinds of visual empathy can be had by reading Revelation for the first time. Although the Revelation can be quite disturbing and is not recommended reading for the young.

To deny that these near death experiences are meaningful is lower than being an atheist. Even Dr. Keneth Ring who studies the reports that people make, first hand says that all of them have been very moving. And, he is an atheist or agnostic I believe.
