In my experience with muslims, they call any criticism of Islam, and Mohammed abuse.
In my experience with muslims, they call using their authoriative texts as proof abuse.
In my experience with muslims, they call not accepting Islam abuse.
In my experience with Muslims, the very existence of a non-Muslim is abuse.

All these funny meanings of your words with so many other funny beliefs and a big vocabulary of new type pf words will not help you progress in the world.
Gee, what a coincidence; it’s how we feel about Islam and Muslims who are living as though it is still the 7th century.

And that is why I think that no matter what we say, no matter what kind of proof we have - the same thoughts that they have about us will not change. It might change in an individual, but mohammed made it quite clear how they are to consider us when we have all of this information.

We are kafir and in their gourds, it is enough of a reason to have us eliminated.

Like I said we can do this discussion in an anonymous environment and we are in a unique time in history because in another time and/or place - we would be ‘dead people walking’.

I continue to post in case there are new people signing in and close to reverting to sin, oh er I mean islam.

And this is where mohammed was clever. Never underestimate your enemy - no matter if you think them dumb because they are illiterate, or of another culture, or have some disability, or anything. mohammed had provisions in his koran and hadiths for many, many circumstances. Unfortunately, the muslims who have been so instilled with these teachings will indeed have a hard time with a different type of thought… the thinking for oneself instead of what some cleric tells them what to think.

That is the problem we are having now - too many muslims don’t know their own history, or texts.

For example, the degree that most muslims get in Saudi Arabia is some degree in Islamic studies. But, what are they learning? They certainly don’t go through the texts in a critical way. Many don’t even learn their own history that is why they don’t have a clue that mohammed was a pagan and that allah was the main god of a pantheon of gods and goddesses with the kabaa and that black rock a part of that religion.

And this is why we should never stop getting the word out. This is what we would be condemning our children to in the long run. Maybe not this generation, but generations to come. This dulling of thinking, of learning and of the soul - that is what islam is all about.

Ok, now I will get off my soap box before I get pushed off. 🙂

I completely agree with you. That is the reason I post as well. If you look at Planten’s name he has been on here since December 2007 and has over 2500 posts so far. Surely by now he should have an idea about Christianity yet he still bashes it. How very sad. I also find it sad that they can deny everyting on the Religion of Peace website! Keep up with the updates - it will save someone.

**charlotte, We Muslims know more about our own religion and quite a lot about your beliefs too. You people do not take religion seriously. It is just a few drum beats and hymn singing on Sunday… The beliefs are all irrational, un-real. You believe those things so you feel that you are safe.

In that way the pagans also have some beliefs. They are not without beliefs. I have been here for long. i did not purposely try to avoid any of your good things. But there was intellectually none. Otherwise the christians are good loving people except some who are full of hatred. We love and respect every good fellow. You keep trying and teaching and preaching to me peacefully. I will read what you will write. That is all. You will be rewarded if you preached something good.**

**We pray too you know we just don’t act like exhibitionists with our asses in the air while we do it. Just because we do not dress like the stone ages does not make us not have a relationship with God. You do not understand Christianity - you have proved that on here often. We do take our religion seriously too and it is real whether you admit it or not. I wish you could see allah is satan. Who are you to tell us we don’t have any faith in God? If anything muslim beliefs are irrational and un-real. I feel really sorry for you! **

The idea is to create a movie that could teach people about Muhammad.
This is not directly on Muhammed (pbuh) but related .

The Hajj: One American’s Pilgrimage to Mecca

Michael Wolfe

http://www.astrolabe.com/images/product-846/Front_Cover_Preview.jpeg

…As the birthplace of the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) and the site where he first received Qur’anic revelation, Mecca is a place of great spirituality and tradition.

Since only Muslims may enter Mecca, it is a place that few Americans will get to see, which makes this piece especially interesting. Following writer/producer Michael Wolfe, the film documents his second trip or Hajj for ABC News’ Nightline.

One of the more than seven million Muslims in the United States, Wolfe is a convert to Islam, born to a Christian mother and a Jewish father. Speaking live from the Ka’ba, the Great Mosque in Mecca, in an interview with ABC News’ Ted Koppel, Wolfe takes viewers step-by-step through both the physical and spiritual aspects of the pilgrimage, explaining the origins and meanings of the various rituals.

I find it fascinating that muslims always drag out every Christian convert in arguments. I bet he will be one of the 75% of converts that revert to Christianity within 3 years. Yes, it does happen whether you admit it or not. I saw an article from a scholar who admits that there aren’t seven million muslims in America - not even close. Most people who convert abandon it so they should be deducted from the number they claim. Same goes for all the muslim born apostates in the US (also millions). Hmmm not so many suddenly are there!

charlotte, pardon me. Your post about asses (You meant arses) in the air was not good when we know that Abraham used to prostrate like that. Even Jesus did the same. So Abraham and Jesus had their asses in the air?. I feel that your descriptive was without considerations.

**How many more times are questions going to keep going in circles? (Asses is a better word than arses btw). This comment has been debated hundreds of times already and I have only been on here for a few months - you have been on here for years. As you well know, we bow our heads in prayer but nothing that you do. That does not make us any less religious than you - although you should learn about who you are actually worshipping cos it ain’t God.

I find your comment: that “we do not take religion seriously. It is just a few drum beats and hymn singing on Sunday… The beliefs are all irrational, un-real. You believe those things so you feel that you are safe**” quite insulting and I would like an apology.

Why are you even on this board - it is obviously just to insult us and Jesus or can you not hack the pace on www.faithfreedom.org?

**Muslim Woman has not gone back on anything. See your malafide topic " A movie about Muhammad". When discussing that, Muhammad needs to be known and the place where he was born and lived. All is well known whatever he did throughout his life.

It is not like Jesus whose 80 % of life is hidden in obscurity, i.e. from birth, jesus soon went away to Egypt. He lived there till the age of 12. Nobody knows what he was doing there in Egypt.

When he returned to his country, nothing is known about his doings (from age 12 till age 30) until he suddenly appears on the stage ready to launch a Crusade on the sacred city of Jerusalem. Within three years there was a downfall. After that, it is now 2000 years and nothing is known where is Jesus gone and what is he doing? So you see the difficulties if any video is made on the life of Jesus.

But I hope there is no need to make any video on the life of Muhammad as every aspect of his life is well known to the public. But thanks for your interest in Muhammad.**

**asses or arses. let us be real most of the time. You have changed a lot away from what jesus used to do. You forget that your Master, rather your god, jesus used to have asses in the air while he was alive here on earth. I mentioned it gently but you by-passed it.

We know his earnest prayer in the garden before his arrest, jesus told his friends to pray too. And Jesus prayed so ardently that his sweat was running like blood on the ground. he was anxious to save his soul. he was almost flat on the ground with head touching the ground and crying for safety. Do you understand in what position he was? Was he bending his head (bowing) like you people have now invented your own religion? Surely not?

You will perhaps call it offensive but it was you who started that asses in the air against the Muslims mode of prayer. You forgot your beloved god Jesus who used to do the same as Mulsims do now. **.

Still does not make mohammed a prophet or islam a true religion does it.

** My question was simple. Did any religion beside Islam recognise Jesus as a man of God? The simple answer was “No.”
None of the Catholics so far have replied as Yes or No. It means my point is very clear. Whether good or bad, no one has given any respect to Jesus except Muhammad. All have cursed him. Think over it…Think about it… **
Indeed Muhammad had good words for Jesus in the Qu’ran, as you said.
As to his being the ONLY one from other religions to have given any respect to Jesus and not to have cursed him, how do you KNOW that that he was the only one? After all, there have been so many religions and a huge number of non-Christians, so how can you say this? There are Jews who didn’t become Christians but nevertheless esteemed Jesus very much and considered him a man of God, though not God in the form of a man…

Jesus was not welcome by any quarter except the Muslims.
that is settled.
You forget all those countries that the Christians evangelized, starting with the Apostles. There were religions there before they came. And the people might have resisted that new faith at first, but many were won without having been forced… and so those people certainly must have had good words to say about Jesus, too! Otherwise, why would they have become Christians, even in the face of opposition from their own kind?

Because we don’t pray like you do!?! Or have inane laws to control our potty behavior, or other laws to control our farts/prayers, etc?!

Who in the heck are you to tell anyone who will be rewarded and who will not be rewarded? You have continually told people that they commit sins, or will be this or that if they do this or that. You have unmitigated gall - and you also commit shirk by putting yourself up with your god to judge another person in what they do or do not do.

There has been absolutely no indication that you even have a grasp on what we believe. And that I have gotten from your posts. We are not asking you to believe in anything that we believe in, but to stop this name calling and continually asking the same questions.

I figured that the name calling is just the way you start dehumanizing people. When you call us polytheists (which even of itself is NO reason to start killing anyone) or kafir, like you called me (I still have your posts), you just put in your brains the start of dehumanizing a person. and in a different place and/or different time, this was enough to get a person killed by a muslim.

jakasaki, I understand. Nothing is bad from jesus. But see the words, " "Do not suppose that I have come to bring peace upon the earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword.

The words are clear that Jesus did not come to make peace in the world. You and I cannot turn the meanings around as we desire. Honestly tell me what Jesus is saying. When the Catholics attack my prophet and say that Jesus came for love and Peace and Muhammad came to kill, Can I not rebutt them to show them that Jesus did not come for peace. It is his own words in the bibleNT. How can the catholics have it greased on both sides?
planten… what do you mean, “How can the catholics have it greased on both sides?” If nothing is bad from Jesus, and if to Him all of God’s Commandments are of the most importance, including “Thou shalt not kill”, you won’t have a problem accepting that the “sword” here is a figure of speech. When I read of stories of conversion of so many individuals to the Catholic Church, who happened to have experienced some tensions in their families as they announced their decision, I can then acknowledge that just deciding to make a change for the sake of the Lord Jesus the Messiah (or the Christ) is indeed a source of division to those who don’t view the Catholic Church as a particularly good thing, no matter how they got that impression.
Just imagine what reaction you would get among your family and friends if you decided some day, for very good and logical reasons the way you would see it, to become a Christian, and a Catholic at that! Even if you are determined not to reply to any argument with fists and weapons, you would still have to face the music, as we say. Wouldn’t you?

And in Muhammad’s own life, how was it that he got so many enemies all at once when he decided to serve the One true God, declaring then that other gods are merely idols that should be destroyed… Even if Muhammad would not have campaigned against his enemies after that, even if he had let the people bray and maintained his decision peacefully, without resorting to the use of arms. the “sword” of division would still have operated (even in such a case when on Muhammad’s side it would have been a religion of respect and peace… )
