Indeed, even though there are verses that are critical of some Jews who were political opponents to Prophet Muhammad, the Qur’an states very clearly that it is speaking only in relation to those who do evil, not those who do good, and that God judges people by their actions. (3:75-76). Another verse is even more explicit:

“Those who believe (in the Qur’an), and those who follow the Jewish scriptures, and the Christians and the Sabians – any who believe in God and the Last Day, and work righteousness, shall have their reward with their Lord; on them shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve.” (2:62)

When Richard made this point, Hasan became flustered and simply responded that as a “revert” Richard clearly did not know Islam as well as he did, someone who had been raised as a Muslim. But from Richard’s point of view, Hasan was simply regurgitating cultural attitudes and prejudices and cloaking them in the form of religion. And in the process he was blinding himself to what Islam actually taught.

A second incident that revealed the hints of radicalism inside Hasan’s worldview took place when Richard once asked a group of Muslims on the base whether they would consider the Taliban to be members of “Ahl-as-Sunna,” the Arabic term for those who follow the Prophet’s tradition and life example. It is a short-hand among many Muslims to denote those who are “mainstream” versus those who are “misguided.” Hasan became angry that Richard could even ask such a question, but the other Muslims rose to Richard’s defense, pointing out that the Taliban are a patchwork of a variety of groups, many of whom are clearly way out of the mainstream Islam as practiced by the vast majority of believers. Richard was taken aback by Hasan’s sudden anger at what had been seconds before a friendly discussion.

You quote some surahs that were abrogated in some degree or other.

Surahs 2 and 3 was abrogated both in authority for applications and wording.

We do not see good behavior of Muslims towards the Jews either in Israel or such places as Mumbai, the whole country of Saudi Arabia where they forbid Jews from even entering their lands and even in our own country when there were protests and too many to count shouted such things as ‘Jews go back to the ovens’ and on our campuses the rise of antisemitism that is rising along with the rise of such organizations as the MSA. The picture you paint is far from true. Maybe an individual might be ok with Jews but the teachings coming from Islam are far from what you are painting.

The one bright spot in all of this is that he is not a martyr and when he wakes up he will realize that he was a loser who even botched up getting his wish of being a martyr for Allah.

2) Reconciliatory Taqiyah. This type of Taqiyah is done when a person intends to reconcile with the other side or when he intends to soften their hearts. This kind of Taqiyah is permissible but not obligatory.
3) Sometimes, Taqiyah may cause a more important obligation to be lost or missed, if so it is forbidden. For example, when I know that silence would cause oppression and infidelity to spread and will make people go astray, in such a situation it is not permissible to be silent and to dissimulate.
4) Sometimes, Taqiyah may lead to the death of an innocent person. If so, it is not permissible. It is therefore haram (forbidden) to kill a human being to save your own life.[5]”

The Taqiyah doctrine is based on the following verse from Qur’an 3:28: “Let not the believers take for friends or helpers unbelievers rather than believers. If any do that, in nothing will there be help from Allah; except by way of precaution, that ye may guard yourselves from them”.** Sunni commentator Ibn Kathir explained that “believers that fear for their safety from the unbelievers… are allowed to show friendship to the unbelievers outwardly, but never inwardly”.**

According to the Shia scholar Muhammad Husain Jafari Sahiwal, Shi’ism would not have spread if it wasn’t for taqqiyah. (Referring to instances where Shiites have been ruthlessly persecuted by the Sunni political elite, during the Umayyad and Abbasid empires.

Muslims have made lying and dissembling an integral part of their religion. WE CANNOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!! Given the chance, they will kill us all!!

The breach between Islam and the West is growing and growing rapidly. We cannot go to war in Moslem countries and not expect a backlash.

I hold no brief for Islam, although I think God is going to use it to provoke a godless West and a sleeping church. In Iraq an estimated minimum of 100,000 civilians have died from violence since the start of Gulf War II, and quite possibly the number is considerably higher. In Afghanistan, I don’t know what the number is. This is one of the poorest countries in the world.

In Pakistan, the name of which is a Moslem acronym, their Moslem troops are being forced by Western pressure to fight and kill Moslem Taliban and Al Quaeda fighters.

Meanwhile the standoff continues between Israel and the Palestinians. So we can hardly be surprised if Moslems with a Jihadi bent take revenge. I’m just concerned that there could be more of it.

It reminds me of an essay written by Bishop Fulton Sheen, entitled “Mary and the Moslems” in which he makes a case that the key to evangelising the Moslems could well be Mary. The village of Fatima for example, where she appeared in 1917, was named after Mohammed’s daughter in a round-about fashion. It wasn’t chosen by accident.

But as far back as the 1950’s Sheen had this to say. “At the present time, the hatred of the Moslem countries against the West is becoming a hatred against Christianity itself. Although the statesmen have not yet taken it into account, there is still grave danger that the temporal power of Islam may return and, with it, the menace that it may shake off a West that has ceased to be Christian and affirm itself as a great anti-Christian world power.”

The book from which the essay was derived was first published in 1952. He was a long way ahead of the statesmen. The politicians of the time probably laughed at him. Well, well…

As for this being some sort of a gift that only you have, well if we have read any Islamic history we can all figure out this will happen. It will happen again. We have allowed groups like CAIR to bypass many checks of individuals that want to migrate here to the USA out of poltical correctness. We do nothing about illegal aliens and it is especially hard when we allow compounds to exist that are financed and supported by Sheik Gilani and Saudi Arabia. Sheik Gilani is from the terrorist group, Jamat al Fuqra.

The military needs to check backgrounds of at least the ones who claim to be Muslim. Or at least keep a better eye on them.

• During the invasion of Iraq in March 2003, another devout Muslim in the Army had a similar conflict. Sgt. Hasan Akbar also resorted to violence, fragging 17 fellow soldiers, killing two. Why? He opposed the killing of fellow Muslims. “You guys are coming into our countries, and you’re going to rape our women and kill our children,” he was overheard by soldiers who survived the grenade attack as saying.

Most of these incidents didn’t make it into the lamestream news:

• Navy Signalman Hassan Abujihaad last year was convicted of tipping off al-Qaida to battle group movements in the Persian Gulf, including disclosing classified documents detailing the group’s vulnerability to terror attack.
• Army reservist Jeffrey Battle in 2003 pleaded guilty to conspiring to wage war against the U.S., confessing he enlisted “to receive military training to use against America.”
• Army reservist Semi Osman in 2002 was arrested for providing material support to al-Qaida and pleaded guilty to weapons charges after agreeing to testify against other terror suspects.
• Marine Abdul Raheem al-Arshad Ali trained at a suspected al-Qaida camp and was charged with selling a semi-automatic handgun to Osman…
• Army Sgt. Ali Mohamed trained Green Berets at Fort Bragg’s elite special warfare school before stealing military secrets for al-Qaida and helping plan bombings at three U.S. embassies in 1998.
• Army Spec. Ryan Anderson in 2004 was convicted of leaking military intelligence to al-Qaida terrorists, including sensitive information about the vulnerabilities of armored Humvees.

Because Islam is partially a religion and more of a political ideology that uses religion so as to endorse their political and murderous actions we need to rethink our political correct strategies.

In some of your examples you lost me. I don’t relate well to listening to some of that music. Are you trying to tell me about their tu quoque excuses? In the case of Jihad their ideology is very much a part of it all. They call it a religion, I call it an ideology they wrap a god around and think they are going to get to some sort of a paradise for killing others. They basically create a lot of the worst sort of ‘karma’ there is and think they are going to show us that Islam is a good thing.

Study their prophet and his hurt feelings because that is who they try their darndest to imitate. And their prophet’s hurt feelings have been carried forward under a disguise of a religion and set of laws that they have to obsessively obey. I have their book of laws and it is just ridiculous.

Ali Sina has a book out about his research into their narcissistic, obsessive-compulsive, paranoid, sexually perverted prophet who might have had epilepsy.

Our country is heading on a disastrous course with all of this PC nonsense. This man made spewed his evil beliefs to his colleagues and the Army, no one did ANYTHING because it might hurt someone’s feelings. Now 13 people are dead from it!

I am taking my feelings of hatred and anger and giving them over to the Lord so He may impart some wisdom, maybe some love, into my heart for the people who believe in Islam because I have no love now and I don’t know how to change that other than by prayer.

We should be getting a hint of what the contents of Islam really contains but instead we are not. I am using the word ‘we’ in a general sense. I think some of us are getting it but not the leadership in this country. It is like they are unable to pick up a history book, or the Koran, or add one plus one.

And has anyone noticed it isn’t us who haven’t tried to get along. We let them into our country, let them live in peace, etc and then the crimes against non-Muslims have been coming from their direction, not the reverse. And they tell us we have to take sensitivity training classes and they do not. Then they kick people out of their cabs if they are blind, or they demand segregation and cannot do their prayers the same chapels as Christians (but they tell them they worship the same god)! Or that in some of the offices of the FBI and CIA they demand that no Jews work with them. THis is in areas where they do translations. And why are Muslims translating their own Jihadist’s terror correspondence? That is like the wolf in the hen house.

They are chosing to segregate themselves from us.

The breach between Islam and the West is growing and growing rapidly. We cannot go to war in Moslem countries and not expect a backlash.

I hold no brief for Islam, although I think God is going to use it to provoke a godless West and a sleeping church.

Let me tell you how I see things. I am a soldier at Fort Hood, who was at the SRP on Thursday and saw a half dozen of my fellow soldiers gasping for life with bullets in their bodies because of some psychopath (who may or may not have been radicalized by his religion). And you would like to tell me this is some god sending us a message, or one of our own (who btw was born and raised in the United States, and received a medical degree at the expense of the Army) betraying us is the backlash we should expect because of our interventionist policies abroad?

All I can say is you better stay away from Fort Hood talking that garbage.
