A new traditionalist magazine?

With magazines going under right and left this may not be the time to start a new one.

In any event, does anyone have info on a new traditionalist magazine being started by Mr. McCaffrey?

Is it meant to compete with The Latin Mass or be a supplement to TLM?

A friend mentioned it to me and said she thinks it will be an on-line magazine.
 
Well, it doesn’t have a web site, yet, so I don’t know anything about it.

No site that I could find either. All my friend said was that she received a solicitation for it a little while ago.
 
As the Mass going population shrinks so does the market for Faithful Catholic magazines so no wonder many are ceasing publication. One I regret going under was Catholic Dossier.

This is true. Even secular mags are in trouble.

The base is less and less there to support Catholic magazines. Which is why I found this report interesting.

Ironically Mormon and evangelical magazines are doing fine despite the downturn in print media. Largely I’d guess because these groups attend their weekly services at a much higher rate than Catholics and a far larger percentage of those who do attend support their church’s publications by subscribing.
 
This could be a very good magazine. I think it will help promote and advance traditionalism within the Church. At the very least, it will give the traditionalist movement a platform to express their views.

I hope the magazine does well, and I hope that it becomes available to Catholics in the United Kingdom.

You can subscribe to it. I have received the first issue by mail and it is great!

One thing the traditionalist movement has never had anywhere in the world, right?
 
I received a complimentary copy from the publisher. It’s an excellent magazine, I plan to subscribe ASAP.

Wasn’t the Latin Mass Magazine supposed to have an online subscription available in September? Anyone heard anything more about that?
