WONDERFUL! I have admired Dr Ben Carson since before he was “rich and famous.” I saw him speaking about his first book, long before seen on the political stage. His writing is elegant and persuasive. And as a physician he knows of what he speaks.
More voices like his need to be heard. Thank you for sharing this wonderful tribute to the sanctity of all life.

There are not enough words to express my admiration for Dr. Ben Carson. Until his retirement from his illustrious career as a physician, his was a high profile name in the world of pediatric neurosurgery, nationally and internationally. Too bad he was not yet visible in the national political scene before 2008. His book Gifted Hands is a better book than Dreams from My Father on several levels. What a different America we would have had he been the first black American president. A more handsome and charming man, too. 
For sure, efforts to overturn RvW would have been stronger, abortion would have been called as what it is, killing of a human being in the womb, without a voice, instead of being called as a pro-choice right, a “treatment” for pregnancy, as though pregnancy is a disease.
I loved his speech at the 61st National Prayer Breakfast in February 2013 with Biden and Obama sitting to his right for half an hour, criticizing political correctness in the midst of government fiscal irresponsibility, and problems in taxation and national healthcare!

AMEN!!! What a different country had Dr Carson been our first black president! I too loved his book Gifted Hands and I am planning to meet him at a fundraiser next week for Dr Monica Wehby, also a pediatric neurosurgeon running for Senate (unfortunately I am also scheduled for jury duty so hopefully will not be called!)There are not enough words to express my admiration for Dr. Ben Carson.
