Some background. The last few months i have been getting into some new age type stuff, i wont go into details as i know its controversial. But i had a growing concern that it was taking my eyes off the Lord. I went to church Sat night which i had to force myself to do because i didnt feel like it. I went into the adoration chapel and spent a few minutes before mass. I signed in at the guestbook. Anyways, after mass i went back into the adoration chapel and right near where i had signed in was a set of large black rosary beads with all kinds of medallions on them. I felt the Lord tell me to pray with these rosary beads for one week and then decide if i want to keep going in the direction that I was. Anyways, i had no idea what they all meant. I came home and researched. The medallion behind the cross is the st benedict medal or something then there are other medals of st benedict himself. Basically seems like the Lord is trying to protect me from the direction I was heading. I am definately listening to Him and feeling Him closer now!
