A prayer for my sister

Please kindly pray for my sister who is travelling on her own abroad. She is very far from home, and I hope that she arrives safely and has good travels. Also, if it’s no bother, please pray for the departed soul of my sister’s friend. He died tragically, and I hope he finds peace.

Also, and more importantly, please pray that my sister finds peace within herself. She is very troubled after the death of her friend, and has lost her previous faith in the church. She told me that now she is ‘afraid to even enter a Catholic church’.

I would really appreciate any kind thoughts and intentions for my sister who I love dearly. Thank you.
 
I am definitely praying for the great health and safety of your sister as she travels abroad. I also pray for the soul of her friend that her friend may rest in peace. I also pray that your sister finds comfort, consolation, acceptance, and understanding while finding her way back to Christ.

I pray that your sister is safe and will find inner peace. I pray that she is able to come to terms with her friend’s death and that her faith becomes stronger as a result, not weaker. Be her guide and protector; watch over her; preserve her from all accidents and dangers to soul and body; support her in her fatigue, and aid her to sanctify it by offering it to God. Make her ever mindful that she is a stranger, sojourner here below; that heaven is her true home; and help her to persevere on the straight road that leads there. We beseech thee especially to protect and aid her in the last great voyage from time to eternity, so that, under thy guidance they may reach the realm of happiness and glory, there to repose eternally with thee in the company of Jesus and Mary.
