A prayer to Mary

I’m looking for a prayer. When a couple is newly married in the Church, after communion they go to the statue of Mary to pray. I’m looking for a prayer for this occasion. Some pray for children, others for another reason. The prayer I’m looking for is within this scenario, with the exception that it would be a prayer of thanksgiving.

Any ideas?

If you have a copy of THE LITTLE OFFICE OF THE BVM, it has plenty of prayers, short and long. Does the prayer have to be memorized? Latin or English?

As for thanksgiving, when all else fails you can recite the MAGNIFICAT

The prayer would be read in English. Yes, the Magnificat is one of the Marian prayers I am falling back on in case I can’t find a more appropriate prayer. I’ll look into the booklet you mentioned. Thanks.
