Lord, please give drug addicts the strength to stop harming themselves and there bodies and there loved ones. Help them to realize that they are precious in your eyes and that you want nothing but the best in them. Give them the strength to stop there drug habit, help them go through any painful withdrawal symptoms, and guide them each day on the path of sobriety. We ask this in Jesus’s name.

Dear God, Please take away the obsession and compulsion away from this drug addict. They alone cannot do it only you can. I ask you God to lead them into recovery, by abstinence from all mind and mood altering drugs and to remain clean.
