Does anyone know of of a hymn in the Ordinary Form Mass that has the melody of “Adoro te Devote” but not gregorian chant, and which is also in English?

There are English translations of Adoro Te Devote, would that work? Two of the “poetic translations” here: en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adoro_te_devote use the same tune as the Latin song.
I think that the hymn you are looking for is “Humbly We Adore Thee”, by Melvin Farrell S.S. which is set to the tune Adore Te Devote. It is not really an ordinary form hymn as it was written in 1955. English hymns were often sung at low mass. I think that World Library Publications Inc. owns the copy write.
Here is an arrangement of the Hymn, based on Adoro te Devote. It was composed in the Philippines and was used for Pope Francis’ visit here last January 2015.
