A question about our souls

CAn you sell it? when i was younger and on vacation I had a nightmare of i sold my soul to the devil for 50 cent…:x…and my brother had change on the tv and it was over 50 cents but to find that I freaked out. I think its all in my head, Im going to talk to this my presit in confession for i guess he can give me the best answer.
And what about killing now not going murdered everyone like lets say your a hostage(i got this idea from a movie) and the special forces comes and one gives u a gun to protect urself, now I dont know if i would want to use that, but if terroist were about to kill you but u shot them first, would you go to hell for that? i know that would be hard 2 live with for me, but if you went to confessiong and felt bad and did it to protect yourself. Would God understand? and in general just defending yourself from being mugged or a guy trying to kill you, God would understand right?

Self-defence is acceptable.
 
so in otherwords I am selling my soul to the devil when I sin, and when I cleansed of sins My soul is back.

hehe, j/k…it means that you’re real new around here. Has something to do with the number of posts and the actual length of time passed since you registered.
