A Ray of Hope: EWTN's March for Life Coverage

EWTN is just wrapping up it’s LIVE coverage of the “March for Life” in Washington. Early estimates of people participating are 200,000 marchers.

It was so encouraging to see not only Catholics marching… but also our Jewish and Protestant brothers and sisters. Yes and TONS of YOUNG PEOPLE!!! You guys ROCK!!! I’m so encouraged about the future of Pro-Life!!! God bless you all!!! :extrahappy:

Everyone… please remember to seek out the FIGHT FOCA post cards at your parish this weekend! Fill them out and send them in! Let your voice be heard!

I would love to be a part of the March for Life next year, if possible. We don’t get EWTN here, but they did show a little bit of the event on our local news tonight.

Be sure to call your satellite or cable provider. Request EWTN, by all means. It’s the only station we watch, regularly.

P.S. Strange, isn’t it? That the major networks DO NOT give adequate coverage of an event in our nations Capitol… where 200,000 people show up? Clear proof of where the “media” stands. :nope: Pray for them.

I have called our cable co. a couple times and requested it. I keep hearing the same story, “Well, you should be able to get it.” Unfortunately, we still don’t. I don’t know what the problem is with our connection. Will keep trying!

Good suggestion from Mark… watch it live on the computer.

But as to your cable company… and the “Well, you should be able to get it” statement… ask to speak to someone who can give you a current channel lineup. If they are carrying EWTN… it will be on the channel line-up. If they are not carrying it… then the person who told you that obviously isn’t informed. And I’d ask to speak to the floor manager.

I absolutely LOVE it when I hear about Jews, Muslims, Christains, Gays and Lesbians, Atheists and Agnostics, Wiccans and even Democrats marching for life or fighting for the rights of our precious unborn and their mothers!

More and more people are turning from the shallow, purposeless, despair of the pro-choice to kill unborn children movement!

There are days when I absolutely despise the current state of affairs, but when I see such marches I have to praise God and pray that the legal murder ends soon.
