Greetings.
I am writing a book and I am looking for two that may represent the catholic path.

What I want to ask for is a well written article about how it is to live as a catholic and how it have affected your life.

The book is called “The Ark” and will be the most important book for the Scion movement.
The reason why I am asking different paths to tell about their life is to increase awareness, tolerance and grant some wisdom to the reader.

I will answer some questions if you have any.

Thank you
/Kalcolindo Moonlotus of the Scion.

You might start by telling us what the Scion movement is. It doesn’t seem to have a Wikipedia page. If I Google “Scion movement” I seem to get pages related to a game or car of the same name.

Scion is a path, just like Christianity, which advice the followers to preserve spirituality in all their forms.

Each and every Scion must swear to uphold a creed and the texts of the Ark.

Cultivate and Preserve is a line from the creed, which is the idea I am acting on making this request.

Here is a short explanation I made a while ago, should cover the basics.

The fullest explanation of Catholic beliefs and spirituality is found in The Catechism of the Catholic Church.

A concise version of this is the U.S. Catholic Catechism for Adults.

That sounds like a noble goal, but allow me to kindly point out that there is really no danger in the Catholic Faith not cultivating and preserving. This is, after all, the Church that grew from a group of apostles to spread throughout every continent, surviving savage persecutions from all the tyrannical empires this world has produced over the past 2000 years. The Catholic Faith is now composed of a billion people, which is a full sixth of the entire human population. Catholicism is embraced by every race, culture and language on the planet. And all this was not possible because Catholics are great and resourceful, but rather because of the power and guidance of the Holy Spirit, which ensures that the Church will remain on earth serving as a vehicle of God’s grace until the end of time. So whereas I sincerely think it is admirable that the Scion creed expresses a commitment to “cultivate and preserve”, cultivating and preserving is part of the very essence of the Catholic Church, and She will never fail in such endeavors.

I need a personal article, to sparkle an emotional response of the reader.

While the catholic faith is in no real danger of being suppressed or extinguished, the Ark should still contain its essence to increase understanding.
