A request,,please pray

For nearly a year we had to live in a very unhealthy home we were renting, lead.asbestos,non working gas leaking oven etc etc…we fought an eviction as it was done in retaliation…we had hired an attorney and he was supposed to be on our side:shrug: ,instead yesterday my husband went in to court with him,I was sick with the kids, the intent was to motion them to drop the eviction as they agreed to in an agreement…they did not and our atty for reasons we have not gotten had advised my husband he would lose,no please please belive me whe nI asy this man was horrible the landlord…he lied ot us he told the health dept he didn;t care if anything worked or was dangerous and he failed ot do what the court told him to do.
I had been so stressed out for all these months this is the top of my level,we now have a wrongful eviction against us because the courts the attorney and we just don’t know what else goes against what is true.
We honestly were good tenants and truly feared for our childrens safety and health.
Please pray we will have that much jusstice, it was something the court ordered…our lawyer we guess did not want to go through with it any more its all we can guess because he lied to us about the outcome,.I am so incredibly stressed out.
The damages the people caused us were upwards in the $6000 dollar range,I am not asking for that but for the right to be listened to,the courts are horrible…we should not have lost and we don’t know why,.

This sounds like a really complicated problem…praying for you & your family.
