A righteous man sins 7 times a day

For a long time now I have thought the above was a quote from Proverbs. But searching on my computer the closest thing I can find is Prov 24:16 16 for a righteous man falls seven times, and rises again; but the wicked are overthrown by calamity. I guess fall is a synonym for sin. Has anyone else heard this or seen something like it in scripture. Or did I pick it up from somewhere else?

I just did a Google search and it pulled up Prov 24:16 so Google thinks they mean the same thing.

greets. righteousness is state before God. This like lamp swich. While you counted by Church righteous, is no big matters with small sins.
