A Rosary question on the Luminous Mysteries

I’m curious: Is it okay to pray the Luminous Mysteries at any time or just on Thursdays?
 
Anytime is fine.

Those recommendations are merely that: recommendations. The reasons are good ones, but the recommended days are just suggestions.
 
Thanks, Father. I’m praying a full Rosary for a possessed person; so I needed to know that.
