well maybe i should kill myself for being such a horrible sinner. No one likes me at this forum anyway. Heck no one likes me period. I was thinking about it for weeks. just leave this world behind. I ask a question and get told I’m a horrible person. You know what I am

I"M DONE forget I ever even existed

goodbye
Patty, if you are this upset over a simple question, you would do well to consider seeking professional help or at least in talking with your priest or family doctor. You are reacting well out of proportion to the situation.

No everyone I never wanted to JOIN I wanted to see how the Duggar family taught thier kids,

I’m in a catholic College I don’t need a Catholic homeschool but thanks for the infomation

:)👍
I wonder why you didn’t simply ask the Duggars what they use for curriculum, instead of going about it in this convoluted way. On other posts, you claim to know them personally:
I have just talked to jim bob PERSONALLY and the land is for ALL the children.
I have met and talk to the Duggars all the time. I love them they are true friends. Please remember TV is highly edited

So why not just ask them what they use?

So I thought I would ask the Gothard homeschool program questions because I was interested in what the Duggar Family teaches thier children. anyway. I wrote them a letter saying I was Catholic but would like to join and if I could since the process involves essays and a form etc. (I was only saying this I didn’t really want to join)
I don’t think it was necessary to misrepresent yourself - in fact, if your real question was “Why do you call yourselves non-denominational” you should maybe have just come straight out and asked them that. It could have led to an interesting conversation.
I was really taken aback from thier response because it is supposed to be a non domanation program.
“Non-denominational” is the name of an Evangelical-style Protestant group - and yes, they believe everything that they told you they believe. 🤷

Obviously, we as Catholics disagree with them on just about everything. That’s why we don’t participate in non-denominational activities or groups.

This thread is now closed. Thanks for your participation.

God bless-

Rachel
