I have seen a few references to “B-16” on a few threads.

WHAT IS IT??

It is quite possible I fell asleep this past month and had a “brain fade”… 😛

Actually, it is an airplane, too (or at least it was). See here to read about the B-16 bomber, AKA the Martin XB-16. I rather like the Pope-bomber connection, myself; it makes me smile to imagine the Pope bombing the heretics into the Land of Orthodoxy. 😃
