Not too sure if this is the right place to ask for this… but I’m going nuts trying to find a translation for the gregorian chant song “Flos Virginum”. Would any of you wonderful people have it or know where i could find it?

Thanks so much…

Not sure if this is what you’re looking for, but if you have the Latin you can verify it. Search this page for “flos”. It’s about three quarters of the way down in Ave regina celorum.

If you don’t find the answer you need (sorry, I can’t help you) here, I’d try “Liturgy and Sacraments”.

Is it this one?

Flos virginum, decus et species,
adultere lucis conubio
non indiga vel auri radio,
si gemmarum vesperascit dies
te surgente.

Decor ipse, quo nichil gratius
et agrada gratie linea,
qua Stix atrum sol, squalor trabea,
limus ostrum, quo tinxit Tyrius,
fit candente.

Multa byssus virtutum, calculo
numerorum non certa, filia
nati, mater patris, plue, pia,
lacrimarum nimbos pro populo
te poescente

I’m sure if you can figure out what exact song it is you are looking for, those here familiar with Latin could help translate it for you!
