A toast for first Holy Communion? Help!!!

I have been invited by my brother to raise a First Holy Communion(FHC) Toast Tommorow for two of his children. I have never raised toast earlier for a FHC. So please help me witha short and sweet toast with some humour and a little advice to the young children and the parents.

Hi,

First of all, forget the humor. This is a serious matter and not fto be taken lightly. This is an opportunity for you to give witness to what you believe about the Eucharist. Children are (name removed by moderator)ressionable. What adults say, matters to them.

You can express your desire that they grow in the awareness of Jesus when they receive Him. Or: that they never forget the honor they have in receiving Him. Or: That they never betray their faith in His presence in the Eucharist. Or: That all gathered there may be reminded by these children of the great gift that the Eucharist is for us.

You get the idea.
