You might be able to find it in Google online, but I know that Aquinas writing is found in an appendix in the book Ending the Byzantine-Greek Schism by James Likoudis.
I don’t know, but I would like to point out something ironic: St. Thomas used, for the Summa Theologica, Latin translations of the Greek saints. Now these Latin translations were horrible and that’s why Aquinas thought that we should give latria worship to the cross (contra errores Romanorum ).
