After the discussion on the “Taking matters into our own hands” thread, I was thinking … it seems the main difficulty with the internet, or at least the blogs-and-discussion-forum part of it, is figuring out which blogs and discussion threads you want to read.
For example, I like the Non-Catholic Religions Forum on the Catholic Answers website; and yet, I’m only actually interested in reading a small fraction of the threads. (Which is not terribly surprising when you think about. In much the same way, I would say that I like the TV channel TBS, and yet the majority of the shows that are on there, I have no interest in.)
But with TV, it’s relatively easy to find those shows that I like, however few-and-far-between they may be. Once you decide that you like a certain series … Plus there’s things like “TV Guide”.
But I digress. The point is, I’d like to invite people to post here and say what threads they recommend.
And, in case you’re thinking “That’s silly” or “That will never work” … let me say, yes it is a little silly and it might not work, but I thought it would at least be worth doing a little experiment.
Just one thing I’d like to ask: that, for the purpose of this thread, people restrict their recommendation to threads on this forum, i.e. the Non-Catholic Religions Forum. (Not that I have anything against the Apologetic, Traditional Catholicism, Eastern Catholicism, etc. forums.)
