YES - one of the future “classic” TV sitcoms that not many people know about. I love everything about it: the VHS (‘The Goonies’ episode), the microfiche at the library on one of the other episodes (who remembers microfilm?), all the 80’s stuff at the start of every episode. Very, very funny show - and essential for anyone who loves the 80’s. How is it possible so few people even know the show exists?
 
It’s another “almost family” show. There’s a lot of goodness in it, and it’s very funny. It’s too bad they feel the need to include all the sexual references. My wife and I watch it, but not with our daughters.

I agree, we tried to watch it but all the tired sexual references just made us shrug and shake out heads instead of laugh.

The one character I really don’t like is Barry, the older brother. He’s so obnoxious I hope I eventually gets written out of the show. Overall, it’s like a cross between “Married…With Children” and “The Wonder Years.”
 
I watched the episode that was a tribute to The Goonies. And if they have a star wars (specifically Empire Strikes Back or Return of the Jedi) I’ll watch that as well.

The only thing I don’t like is the gross dad who takes his pants off and sits around in his underwear.
