If a person supports abortion, and they go to confession still supporting abortion, will they be absolved from whatever sins they confess.

1868 Sin is a personal act. Moreover, we have a responsibility for the sins committed by others when we cooperate in them :
- by participating directly and voluntarily in them;
- by ordering, advising, praising, or approving them;
- by not disclosing or not hindering them when we have an obligation to do so;
- by protecting evil-doers.

So if one of the ways in which a person can incur the same guilt by being an accessory to anothers’ sin is "By consent — agreeing with the sin. "
All mortal sins must be confessed. Any deliberately withheld mortal sin in confession invalidates that confession, and thus nothing is forgiven. Instead the additional sin of a sacrilegious confession (mortal assuming the person knew they are not to withhold any mortal sin in confession) is added to the others and this must be confessed next time and before one receives Holy Communion.
The person should mention in confession that they support abortion.

“Supporting abortion” is a very broad term and it’s completely unclear what act the person has done or whether they haven’t done any actual act and just think maybe abortion should be permitted in certain circumstances.
You would need to speak to your confessor. You would also need to tell him what the actual act or sin was, e.g. not “I supported abortion” but how exactly you supported it, such as
