According to some sources and divine revelation abortion crimes are related to Original Sin. This is why:

a) In some parts of the world, such as Muslim countries, some types of fruit are used to cause abortion according to John Riddle “Eve’s Herbs, a history of contraception and abortion in the west”. Here are some of the fruits which are mentioned as abortifacient birth control: figs, dates and pomegranate (meaning seeded apple) which also feature heavily in the Song of Solomon, the polygamist.

b) Forbidden fruit could also refer to the fruit of the womb or fetus. According to Gaucher St. Marthe in Paedotrophia (The Art of Child Rearing) the fetus was the forbidden fruit of Eden. The unborn child is also called morula meaning mulberry fruit.

Paedotrophia, Gaucher de Sainte Marthe (Renaissance poet)

“Forbear the tempting fruit (fetus) of yonder tree; tis knowledge called will pain and woe produce, and death is mingled with the fatal juice.”

Eve’s sin. She wanted to be her own god and when she didn’t feel the immediate consequences of what she had done, she encouraged her husband to eat also of the fruit that brought death to them both.

Identical, to semi radical and radical feminists today - promiscuous, contracepting and willing to kill their inconvenient developing children.

While men, in their sexual selfishness, stand back and agree with women, that they should have a right to choose.

I’d like to ask you about part a of your post.
  1. I don’t know of any evidence that any of these items can be linked to abortion in any way.
Do you have any evidence yourself that they do?
  2. You don’t cite anything to give as evidence for the connection other than mention some type of book. Citations would be helpful in this.

This morning it was Christmas Trees, this afternoon abortion. Just so you know.

Ahh, I see now. Thank you for that.

Nothing to see here, just walk- or run away.

I’m willing to engage, I respect all opinions even those I disagree with. That is one of the wonderful things about catholics, and this forum. They don’t scare easily. Neither do I.
So, I hope if there is anything that can be addressed on these topics, we can talk about them. I’m game.
