Loving God,

Your son Jesus taught us to love and to pray through the beatitudes as a model for how we should live out our Christian lives. Please bless us, grant us wisdom, have mercy on us as we sometimes stray from the desires you have for us, and help us to pray feverishly and with great effect for this intention. Blessed are they who mourn, for they will be comforted. Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the land. Blessed are they who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be satisfied. Bless these children of yours who never have the opportunity to live out their earthly lives, and bless those who grieve and mourn for them. Please send your loving Holy Spirit to soften and change the hardened hearts of so many people who do not understand and appreciate the evil that is abortion. Please guide and lead the political leaders of our country so the rights and dignity of our unborn will be respected and will be preserved by our laws and practices.

We pray in the name of your beloved son, our Lord Jesus, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God for ever and ever.

LORD have mercy on me and all who have fallen short,
protecting the innocent. Help us to never lose sight of
persistently praying, and doing what we are able, for life.

innocents like the preborn being so brutalized.
So many people I talk with, do not take this
solemnly enough. Some ridicule.
O Lord, You have martyrs who lose their very

We only have to put up with the persecution
of propaganda and mocking for Evangelizing
You, and protection for the unearned sufferers.
O Lord, help us to change hearts and minds in
a world of moral relativism; secular humanism,
and the like.

In the Most Holy Name of Fathers, Son Jesus Christ,
and The Holy Spirit,

O Mary, bright dawn of the new world, Mother of the living,
to you do we entrust the cause of life.

Look down, O Mother upon the vast numbers of babies
not allowed to be born, of the poor whose lives are made difficult,
of men and women who are victims of brutal violence,
of the elderly and the sick killed by indifference or out of misguided mercy.

Grant that all who believe in Your Son may proclaim the
Gospel of life with honesty and love to the people of our time.
Obtain for them the grace to accept that Gospel as a gift ever new,
the joy of celebrating it with gratitude throughout their lives
and the courage to bear witness to it resolutely, in order to build,
together with all people of good will, the civilization of truth and love,
to the praise and glory of God, the Creator and lover of life.
