Not exactly. Otherwise the Church wouldn’t consider the fully practicing, those Catholics who dissent on something, and even the excommunicated… all still Catholic. 
A confusion exists when some self-proclaimed 100% devout and fully practicing Catholics don’t seem to know who the Church defines as a Catholic. Peace.

I didn’t mean to imply you or anyone here was 100%. So I perhaps should have merely said those considering themselves “more practicing”. And I am sorry if my responses appear at all aggressive. But in regards to who is Catholic I simply can not get any more logical than whom the Church herself defines as Catholic. The illogical part is when one accuses another of “cafeteria” but they themselves don’t agree with who the Church teaches is Catholic. In that sense perhaps then many more are “cafeteria” in one way or another as well. God bless and peace.

If anyone follows the teachings of the Catholic Church from the “authentic reference text” the “Catechism of the Catholic Church, Second Edition” revised in accordance with the official Latin text promulgated by Pope John Paul II, first printed in the US in March 2000, they will not be considered “luke warm” or “cafeteria Catholics”.
