Abortion doctor had some charges dropped

It was just reported on FOX news, that the abortion doctor just had some charges dropped.
What do you think?:confused::mad:
 
I don’t know the specifics of this case, but this will often be done so they can focus on the charges which they are absolutely certain will stick.
 
The judge dropped three of the murder charges because of lack of evidence.

There are 4 remaining.
 
Just did some more reading on it. Because the medical examiner cannot determine that any of the fetuses found in the clinic were born alive the prosecution’s case is in hot water in general.
 
From the New York Times:
Dr. Gosnell’s lawyer, Jack J. McMahon, argued that none of the seven fetuses his client is accused of killing were alive when they were removed from their mothers because they had been given a drug that killed them in utero. Therefore, there was no validity to the charges of murder, infanticide or abuse of a corpse, Mr. McMahon said.

That’s pretty horrifying. It’s obvious that something won’t be alive if you kill it.
