Surely these idiots running the Episcopal Church in Massachusetts could get a job on the Notre Dame faculty.

Christianity doesn’t need enemies to kill it off. It’s imploding on its own.
 
By her own logic, this priestess would be praising Mary for choosing to abort Jesus.

The new Dean of the Episcopal Divinity School in Cambridge, Massacusetts, has given a sermon describing abortions as a “blessing” for the women who undergo them. The Rev Katherine Hancock Ragsdale also thinks that the people who run abortion clinics are “heroes” and even “saints”.

Ms Ragsdale, speaking in Birmingham, Alabama, said that “when a woman becomes pregnant within a loving, supportive, respectful relationship; has every option open to her; decides she does not wish to bear a child; and has access to a safe, affordable abortion - there is not a tragedy in sight - only blessing.”

Here is the full text of her sermon. Do not, please, make the mistake of assuming that she is an unrepresentative extremist: liberal Anglicans in America are among the most fervent supporters of abortion in the world, outstripping even atheists in their enthusiasm for this gruesome procedure.

just a nasty liberal feminist posed in the cloth. I really feel sorry for the faithful anglican laity, their Church really has let them down with people like this and Gene Robinson. The anglican Church is the prime example when liberals and modernists take over a religious setting. Lets use this as an example for others…
 
Awhile ago a poster summed up the Episcopal church this way:

It’s like a snickers bar: A solid coating of chocolate on the outside resembling a devout Catholic Mass (if you ignore the priestess) and on the inside doctrines that are soft and gooey that will rot your soul out. :cool:
