Abortion is a Satanic Sacrifice

No offense to you Zachery meant. I mean only to point out that some good people make bad choices. Choices that only the Sacrament of Reconciliation can surely unite them with God; but they carry wounds and any good discussion on abortion needs to remind people to pray for all concerned but especially victims. Women are victims in this too as they can fall into despair. We must make every attempt to lessen the heavy burden of guilt many carry. This is an aspect that many neglect. The Gift of Healing comes from the Holy Spirit too. The reality of evil is one that none can bear alone. Our prayers are very important in this process. “Heal the sick” Christ said because He most of all knows that the reality of evil no human can bear alone. That was why He came into this world to give even His Life to all who accept it.

BP
No offense taken BP. I agree with you. Everyone’s a victim when it comes to abortion except the evil ones that promote it. And in many ways they’re victims too even though they can’t see their own victimization. Satan and his demons are def not victims. But all humans associated should be prayed for. Even the abortion doctors and nurses should be prayed for.

What’s the difference between turning away from God and turning toward satan?
Satan is not the opposite of God, he is not the negation of God. Turning from God doesn’t mean turning toward Satan. Temptation, as we are told, comes from three sources: the flesh, the world and the devil. Turning away from God could be turning inward, to yourself, to the world, or to the devil. Something “other” than God.
And no, they don’t “directly turn” and offer their “work” to satan, but haven’t they done his work?
The devil doesn’t have “work”. You can’t do “his work”. You can do “a work” and that has moral implications.
Would their sin be worse if they were doing it to serve satan, rather than their own selfish ends? I’m assuming full knowledge of Church teachings, and full consent as in nobody is making them have this abortion.
Yes, the sin would be more grave if they were doing it to serve Satan. There is a hierarchy of sin, as you know. Breaking the first commandment, is worse than breaking the commandment of coveting your neighbors goods.

Think of it in the context of confession. If you were to steal your friend’s game console you might confess stealing, coveting, jealousy and/or envy. But if you did it with the additional objective to serve the devil by rupturing your friends trust in others and robbing him of his peace of mind, well, those are entirely different sins. One of which would be breaking the first commandment: You shall not have any strange gods before me.

I see you’re still trying to drive traffic to your “testimony” Zack.

You remind me of the people who believe in past lives. Never are their “past lives” that of unknown, alone, abandoned, enslaved or mistreated people. They’re always famous - at the top of the proverbial food chain.

By the way. The devil does want you to worship him. However, it is not necessary. It is sufficent that you simply don’t worship God.
would i be more apt to listen to someone that read the Bible and it says the devil fell from grace and is a bad demon or would i be more apt to listen to the person hat has 26+ years experience , a lot of stories and can name things he did in the name of satan? id prob listen to the guy that can give a life experience warning. My priest can warn me about Satan cause he’s been taught how bad Satan is. I can warn you because i worked for the dark lord for a long time and know what the ramifications are for doing so.

The past lives thing is funny though. I too have noticed people that believe in that are never a poor peasant girl who died on the streets of starvation. All of them are nobility, famous movie stars or musicians, soeone of noble rank and birth or a famous person throughout history.

the devil does want worship. he is arrogant. but to get you to go to hell (his goal) you dont have to worship him. not worshiping God works just as well.

And until God tell me to stop talking to people about Satan i will continue to push my videos and God’s message of Divine Mercy

Be at peace Zack.

I think you need to go back to your spiritual director and have a chat about this. You may objectively sin, that is true, but you can not “mistakenly” commit a mortal sin. The matter must be grave, you must -know- that it is wrong, and you must choose to do it anyway.

You knew this already, I’m sure. That is why the Catholic church says that if you die wihout sanctifying grace you go to hell. No if, and’s or but’s. There isn’t a “good chance” you won’t end up in heaven. There is no chance.
SIGH

How did you miss what my quote was in reference to? This other person said that instead of posting abortion is a satanic sacrifice people prefer to hear that they made a mistake. Go back and read the messages again, please.

I didn’t miss it, so my comment still stands. Your response was flawed, and I addressed it in my later post.

Because Zack is trying to sell himself. He may have turned to Satan - of that I have very little doubt, people who make that claim probably did at one point - but it is very clear in what he says and how he presents himself that even if he did it was more theatrical then any real desire to do or perpetuate evil, or to serve or worship Satan.

A lot of the people who were satanists and become Christians, making that a central part of any story they tell, are attention seeking. They’re all High Priests or High Wizards. That’s because it makes them feel important. No one says, “I am selfish and enjoy sinning. That inevitably puts me in opposition to God and what he wills for myself and humanity… but because I was made to worship God and give glory to Him I have to redirect that power, that innate interior calling, somewhere else. To myself or to something outside myself, namely Satan. I am as ordinary as anyone, labeling myself by the particular temptation I struggle with.”

No High Wizard to my knowledge has ever stepped away from satan and come forth proclaiming to be one. And it’s easy for so many to claim to be high priests/priestesses because there are hundreds of thousands of them across the world. theres a good chance if someone makes that claim they are telling the truth. If you’re in a coven of one person youre the High priest of that coven, Think of how many covens there are in 1 large high school. and many of those have no members but the 1.

It is more spectaular and tantilizing to claim to be a Priest or High Wizard of Satan.

I’m sorry but intent has everything to do with it. By sinning you are not therefore serving the devil. You are objectively turning away from God. This is the main distinction being lost in this conversation. It is more likely that you are serving yourself and your own passions then directly turning and offering your action to Satan. The horror you’re speaking of is not an action offered to the devil. The horror is turning from the all-knowing and all-loving God who stoops low to reach even the most deviant and hard of persons.

You mean, would I listen to someone given the power and authority to interpret scripture, guard the deposit of faith and educate the faithful over and above a man on the internet who claims to have been a satanist for 26 years and have some special insight? I think I would turn to the Bride of Christ - the one, holy, catholic and apostolic church - over Zachary King.

By the way, calling Satan, “the dark lord” is so Harry Potter and offends my sensibilities.
And until God tell me to stop talking to people about Satan i will continue to push my videos and God’s message of Divine Mercy
How do you know God is calling you to speak about these experiences and it’s not your own ego?

I didn’t miss it, so my comment still stands. Your response was flawed, and I addressed it in my later post.
I was hoping you had missed it, and that’s why I spoke up since he was referring to something I said that had nothing to do with definitions of “mortal sin.”

That’s like asking the head of a computer security firm to hire a decorated police officer instead of an ex-con who was a former computer hacker, to find the information leaks in a system.

You know how the police learn where the weaknesses are in a home security? From the Bad Guys.

The “horse’s mouth” and all, ya know.
By the way, calling Satan, “the dark lord” is so Harry Potter and offends my sensibilities.
Clarification: hurts your ego.

Since you’re psychoanalyzing the OP based on what he and I were talking about, I’ll join the fun, too. At this point it’s clear that you will find a way to make the OP wrong no matter what. Including the discussion the OP and I had that it is very superficial to categorize a serious sin as anything less severe than it is? How can you be against that, and yet you must be to maintain your adversarial position with the OP.

Is not a “dark lord” of fiction, a direct analog to satan? Would you be less offended if we called satan the Prince of Darkness? That’s all over the scripture.

Or consider the words of Jesus in Acts 26:

I shall deliver you from this people and from the Gentiles to whom I send you, to open their eyes that they may turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God…

So Jesus equates turning away from the darkness under satan’s power to light under God’s power. Is that not Jesus all but using the term “Lord of the Darness?”

Or maybe you’d prefer “ruler of darkness” instead of “dark lord?”

Dark Lord, Ruler of Darness, power of darness = tomayto, potayto, tomahto, potahto.

My final analysis: Since you (or your ego without your conscious consent) is struggling so hard to be offended by the OP (who could be offering good information hard to find elsewhere but you think he’s self-centered so you don’t want us to hear it), you will even be offended at scriptural references if need be.
How do you know God is calling you to speak about these experiences and it’s not your own ego?
One thing I’ve found is that any Good Thing I want to do, has multiple possible motives.

For example: do I give to the poor because God wants me to? Because my heart goes out to them and I want to help? Because I want to feel good about myself? Because I’m hoping someday somebody will return the favor? So I can tell people I’m Part of the Solution?

All of those are possible outcomes of giving to the poor. But if I refrain from giving to the poor because it might be for selfish motives, then satan has prevented an act of kindness due to my confusion. “let the weeds and wheat grow together.” If I know it’s a Good Thing, and it will help someone, then I do it.

Similarly, I appreciate the OP and have interest in the topic, regardless of why the OP is doing it.

To be fair, I see you exercising Christian concern over the OP, and that’s fine because I don’t see the OP claiming to be at any spiritually advanced state over and above now being Catholic Christian.

But I am exercising the same Christian concern over you, that you are taking this more personally than it was intended, and thus made the discussion about the OP personally, rather than what he is trying to say.

I was hoping you had missed it, and that’s why I spoke up since he was referring to something I said that had nothing to do with definitions of “mortal sin.”
Nor did my response have much to do with the definition of mortal sin Alan. It was in response to the conversations direction which was asserting abortion was a direct and intential sacrific to Satan, without the knowledge of those involved. Abortion is satanic in the sense that it is evil. It is not satanic in the sense that it is a direct offering to Satan.
That’s like asking the head of a computer security firm to hire a decorated police officer instead of an ex-con who was a former computer hacker, to find the information leaks in a system.
What you are doing is taking an ex-con’s word that he’s a former computer hacker. He could still be a hacker or, even worse but more likely, he could have just been one of those aggravating people who install pre-made spyware and keyloggers, but never developed malicious code in their life and probably doesn’t know a thing about security protocols, back doors, etc.

I’d rather have the decorated trustworthy police officer who’s been on the beat for 30 years who can discern between a good lead and someone who’s blowing smoke to get some time shaved off his sentence.
The “horse’s mouth” and all, ya know.
You have to make sure you’re talking to a horse and not a donkey though.
Clarification: hurts your ego.
Ego nothing. Satanists don’t refer to Satan as “the dark lord”.
Including the discussion the OP and I had that it is very superficial to categorize a serious sin as anything less severe than it is? How can you be against that, and yet you must be to maintain your adversarial position with the OP.
A serious sin is a serious sin. Any serious sin against an infinite good is worthy of damnation. But you would agree that desecrating the Eucharist is more serious then kicking Fido for no reason.
Is not a “dark lord” of fiction, a direct analog to satan? Would you be less offended if we called satan the Prince of Darkness? That’s all over the scripture.
Sure.
My final analysis: Since you (or your ego without your conscious consent) is struggling so hard to be offended by the OP (who could be offering good information hard to find elsewhere but you think he’s self-centered so you don’t want us to hear it), you will even be offended at scriptural references if need be.
No one is offended here. If you have read it that way, I’m sorry, but you’ve misunderstood. This man is claiming to have been a Satanist. I have no doubt that he at one time called to him, but he is speaking in a way satanists do not speak. Claiming things about satanists that are not true. He is making claims he cannot substantiate.

Ego nothing. Satanists don’t refer to Satan as “the dark lord”.
So you’re doubting the OP actually was a satanist?

Because if he was, then we just saw it so how can you say it doesn’t happen?

Or do you have the inside scoop on the satanists somehow, such as by walking among them or studying them, and you know this was the first time that term was used?

Ego nothing. But if it walks like a duck …
A serious sin is a serious sin. Any serious sin against an infinite good is worthy of damnation. But you would agree that desecrating the Eucharist is more serious then kicking Fido for no reason.
No I wouldn’t. The “St. Francis” in me would rather feed the Eucharist to a dog rather than perform a wanton act of meanness upon a beloved creature of God – one of His innocent animals – if I was forced at gunpoint to choose one or the other.

What do you think St. Francis would have chosen, in your proposition? And would Jesus have been pleased with his choice?

Alan

So you’re doubting the OP actually was a satanist?
I have no doubt he was a satanist. I haven’t any reason to think otherwise. However, like a Catholic who has been Catholic their entire life but knows little to nothing about Catholicism, it’s core beliefs or why the Church believes what it believes and teaches what it teaches, there are satanists who never move beyond the theatrical, self-important, self-absorbed sort of Satanism. They think because they were a satanist for so long it somehow convey’s authority or authenticity to their statements.

The sad part is a lot of people buy it.
Or do you have the inside scoop on the satanists somehow, such as by walking among them or studying them, and you know this was the first time that term was used?
Think of it like peer review.

I think you should go speak to your priest about that.

You cannot commit an evil such that a good might come from it. i.e. You cannot commit sacrilege (feeding the Eucharist to a dog) so that someone would not abuse an animal.

You know, just for the fun of it, I think I will. I talk to my pastor almost every week on all imaginable topics. Thanks for the suggestion! 👍

Is anyone good with Photoshop? I’d kind of like to see an image of St. Francis booting a little poodle or shih tzu across the room just for grins.
:rotfl:

Hmm… if it’s a Jack Russel terrier, maybe the situation would be different. :hmmm:

First, keep in mind that you set up the dichotomy. I know it’s a contrived situation, but I’m playing along. Let’s assuming I just got the Eucharist in my hand, and a SWAT team grabbed me and put a little doggie in front of me and said, “feed the Host to the dog, or kick the dog at least 10 feet across the room in one swift kick. If you do neither, we will feed the Host to the dog, then shoot the dog AND you.”

So you’d kick the dog, whereas I’d feed it the Host. I wouldn’t let them shoot me, because I am not looking to be a martyr if I can help it. Perhaps we’ll each stand before God and He will tell us whether one or both of us had the right idea, and the right heart. Maybe we’re both right, since we both have heartfelt opinions. I’m not sure God’s all that into “measuring” how evil one act is compared to another, though … the way we like to give Him credit for doing. I think we are too academic and try too much to apply arithmetic to faith matters. The arithmetic is good for discussion, but it’s a discussion model, not a spiritual model IMO.

Jesus did too: first is last, last is first, 70*7, greatest is the one who serves, must be like this child …

Hard to do math like Jesus, isn’t it? Maybe Ma and Pa Kettle were divinely inspired!

The Body of Christ is more important than anyone or anything, let alone a dog. If they kill you for the sake of God’s name, Blessed are you.

I’d kick the dog because it would not be a grave sin, even without a gun held to your head. Animals are made for man. Their souls are not immortal. Kicking the dog would not be the grave matter, the reason for kicking the dog could potentially be grave matter. It could be mortal, but it would likely be venial. Certainly it would not even verge into the venial sin territory if a gun were held to your head.

Sacrilege against the Blessed Sacrament is always grave matter. It would be objectively sinful even if a gun were held to your head. It is the Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity of Jesus Christ.

But that is beside the point of my entering into the fray of this conversation. Satanist? Probably. High Wizard? (Satanists are fond of self proclaimed titles.) Only in is head.

How is it that you are so familiar with Satanic culture that you can say with absolute certainly that the OP is not telling the truth about his 26 years experience with it? It is often said that the real teacher is experience. Have you had actual experience in Satanism to know that he is not telling the truth?

The answer is yes. And I’ve corrected him and pointed out the inconsistancies to him in the past. Both in what he’s posted on CAF, and what he’s said in his videos. Unfortunately the previous thread was ultimately removed by the moderators.

You could also find a few contradictions in this thread as well. Just takes a discerning eye.

zach, what proof do you have that you have done the things that you claim.

What proof can you give everyone that you know with absolute certainly that the OP is not telling us the truth here. Were you deeply involved with Satanism? Can you provide us verifiable proof that he is not telling us the truth about his 26 years? Were you actually involved in Satanism as an experience or were you involved in it through research about it?

Thank you for that. You are right that you’d be blessed. But I wouldn’t be because frankly I’d save my life and rely on God’s mercy. (I can take just about anything emotionally or mentally, but when it comes to physical harm I’m a total coward.) At least if it’s a simple binary decision that comes up one time. There are limits, of course, but we’re talking simple here.

Is it a grave sin if it is the property of another man? What if it were a prize winning show dog that was worth a million dollars? What if the show dog was part of the man’s living – so you’re taking food off his table by destroying the dog?

Is there a point in which wanton, unprovoked destruction of others’ property is a grave matter?

If I’m wrong, I’m wrong. But I’d go to the Father and tell Him that I profaned a Eucharist in order to avoid destroying another man’s treasured companion and possible livelihood, before I would want to tell him I did the opposite.
